Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Estimated Delivery Times Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner and typically arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
Customs and Import All orders shipped to the United Kingdom are subject to UK import regulations. Import VAT is included in your order total where applicable. No additional customs duties should apply for orders under £135.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
